The committee meet on the first Thursday of every month to discuss all matters that are in abeyance, any complaints, and any mishaps that may have occurred within the last month. Also to organise all forthcoming events and vacations. All members are invited to sit and listen yet not to take part or vote. They accept any correspondence from members who want to suggest any new ideas, or any matters arising from past or future events.

Summary of the minutes of the monthly meeting held on Thursday May 3rd 2018

Members present

The minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted as a true record.

Matters arising

It was agreed to give the away bus driver a gratuity for his good service.

Supporter of the year

Both Andy Waterall and Darren Curzon thanked the committee members for voting for them.

Whitby / York day trip.

There are still vacant seats on this day trip  please contact Martin Plant

Home Transport

Freeway buses will be contacted for any possible home play off game.

Possible Wembley play -off final

Three coaches are provisionally booked with Freeway, and three more provisionally booked by Darren with other bus companies.

Possible play – off games.

Tickets available for the away games in any play off semi final will be restricted only to fans who have purchased more than four away tickets during the season with the Heanor branch.

Should Derby win through to the Wembley final the committee will meet on Tuesday May 15th to organise transport and bookings.

The Windermere Public House at South Kenton has been contacted  as a stopping off place for refreshment. Martin Plant has provisionally booked it.

The date of the next meeting is 7th June 2018 which will be the Annual General Meeting for 2018 commencing at 20.00
