The Web site

It was announced that the web site has received 229 visits and 1073 views in 2017 and up to date 19 visits and 97 views in January

Mr Chairman accepted  the resignation of Lauren Storrar and thanked her for the efforts as Membership Secretary.

Home Transport

On the last two home games the buses were parked in the layby opposite Travelodge. The stewards told the drivers this cannot continue and the bus can be parked on Millenium way. To save further confusion it was decided that the bus will park on Millenium Way at home games, for the foreseeable future.

The possibility of a Wembley play off was discussed. The date is Saturday 26th May. The required number of buses will be provisionally booked and the club will pay the ozone pollution charge.

Away Transport

The game verses Sheffield Wednesday is rearranged for Tuesday 20th January and bookings are being taken. There is a probability that travel will be with the Alfreton branch.

Reading   (Sat 24th Feb)  A bus is booked for this game. Room on the bus is available,  alas no tickets. The bus will depart from  Heanor at  09.00 and Hill Top at 09.15

Queens Park Rangers (Tuesday 6th  March)  Bookings being taken and may travel with Alfreton branch.

Nottingham Forest  (Sunday 11th March) Coach booked with option of a double decker. Regular travellers will be given priority for tickets, yet seats will be available if you have your own ticket.

Any other business

There has been problems relating to the ticket allocation and collection for all away games. After a short discussion it was all sorted out to the understanding of all involved.

The date of Thursday March 1st was arranged for the next meeting.

The meeting closed at 21,40
